Westerly — Westerly Hospital will be hosting an employment open house for registered nurses and certified nursing assistants from 1 to 6 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 29, in the Henry J. Nardone Conference Center, 25 Wells St.

Candidates, including recent graduate nurses, should bring a copy of their resume, and onsite interviews will be available for currently open nursing positions throughout the hospital, including per diem positions, Yale New Haven Health wrote in a news release.

The hospital offers clinical education and training, including a "Bridge to Emergency and Intensive Care Nursing" program, an evidence-based, individualized, comprehensive orientation designed to bridge current knowledge and skills with those needed to prepare for a career in intensive care or emergency department nursing.
