New London — Cross Sound Ferry has canceled several of Tuesday’s trips because of the effects of Hurricane Jose.

Both the Lighthouse Cruise and the Sea Jet won’t be running at all Tuesday as the storm’s winds, rains and rough seas move in.

The auto ferry 'Jennifer C' additionally is not running Tuesday.

All other Cross Sound Ferry vessels are running on schedule.

Block Island Ferry, which has stops in Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Block Island, canceled all of its Tuesday ferries.

Block Island Express, which offers service from New London to Block Island, did not have any ferries scheduled to run Tuesday.
