New London — The New London Registrar of Voters, between 10 a.m. and noon on Oct. 3, will hold a special session to complete a “preliminary registry list.”

Registrars will remove electors from the registry list who have died, become disenfranchised or have confirmed in writing that they have moved out of town. The registrars also will prepare a preliminary inactive list at this time.
