Norwich — A worker watches a fellow worker climb the ladder to the top of the new Norwich Public Utilities water tank in Mohegan Park so they can install safety switches for security on Friday. Construction of 2.5-million-gallon tank, which is 73 feet in diameter and 86 feet tall, began in the summer of 2017.
