We have a couple new features appearing in the Times, including a brand-new puzzle.

The VIPuzzler (left), by local cartoonist John Berry, encourages people to fill in boxes of target words suggested in the drawings, then subtract portions of the words before sounding out the name of a celebrity.

One other feature appeared in most of our papers last week. It was titled Be An Angel and requested help for a Ledyard man in need of a new kidney.
