Let's Go: Westerly gallery hosts Art Heist Aug. 11

The Artists’ Cooperative Gallery of Westerly will host its third annual Art Heist at the historic Lanphear Livery in Watch Hill from 6-8 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 11.

The event, in which participants “steal” a piece of art created by gallery member artists, also includes hors d’oeuvres, drinks and live music. All works that will be in the heist are on display at the gallery.

Tickets are $150 for two people to “steal” one piece of art. Party tickets are $25 for people who want to attend without participating in the heist.

Tickets are limited and available at the ACGOW’s new location at the Westerly Train Station, 14 Railroad Ave. For more information, call (401) 596-2221.
