    Decorating Downtown

    NPU crews hung lighted decorations from cables across downtown streets while the public works departments raised the city's two Christmas Trees in Franklin Square and in front of City Hall.

    The Norwich Winter Festival Parade is scheduled for December 1st and the city hall lighting ceremony will be December 7th.
