Norwich -- The Norwich Rotary Clubs and the Norwich Woman’s City Club are seeking nominations by March 15 for the 2019 Norwich Native Son/Daughter Award.

Nominees must either have been born in Norwich or to parents who were residents of Norwich at the time of the nominee’s birth and lived in Norwich during most of their lives through high school. Persons who were born to parents residing in a bordering town at the time of that person’s birth also may be nominated, providing they moved into Norwich before first grade and continued to reside in Norwich through high school.

Nominees must also agree to receive the 52nd annual award in person at the Native Son/Daughter Award Luncheon in Norwich in May or June.

The nomination form is available here. The form can be printed and mailed in, brought to a Norwich Rotary meeting, or scanned and emailed to kyle@edmcpallc.com. Include the nomination form and other materials, such as newspaper stories to support the nomination.
