Lisa M. Grenon, 38, of 18 John St., Norwich, was charged Thursday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Hamza Muhammad, 25, of 66 Paul Revere Road, was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Michael R. Dejesus-Durant, 30, of 15 Ridge St., Uncasville, was charged Thursday with second-degree breach of peace, third-degree assault, and interfering with an officer.

Alexander Rodriguez-Barrera, 18, of 131 Branford Ave., was charged Thursday with evading responsibility, reckless driving and interfering with an officer.

Louis J. Fazzina, 34, of Smithfield, R.I., was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to maintain established lane, and traveling unreasonably fast.

Elizabeth M. Davis, 23, of 85 Joe Ave., was charged Friday with failure to drive in the proper lane and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Mario J. Molina Zuniga, 35, of 202 Shaw St., New London, was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane and driving without a license.

Robert K. Nolan, 59, of 66 Pamela Ave., was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving a motor vehicle in violation of ignition interlock device requirements, possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia and second-degree breach of peace.

George L. Worboy, 56, of 6 Mill Cove Road, Gales Ferry, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane and drinking while driving.

Norwich

Andrew Kendzierski, 59, of 19 Park St. was charged Wednesday with possession of narcotics, possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving with a suspended license.

Dale Ouellette, 34, of 303 Mohegan Park Road, Lot 110 was charged Wednesday with disorderly conduct and violation of probation.

Philip S. Hawthorne, 38, of Garner Correctional Institution, Newtown was charged Friday with breach of peace.

Nehemiah Knight, 20, of 41 Avery Lane, was charged Thursday with second-degree larceny and conspiracy.

Heather Fowler, 43, of 983 Hartford Turnpike, was charged Thursday with two counts of first-degree failure to appear in court.

Christopher Caswell, 44, of 19 George Ave., Groton, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to have tail lamps, driving an unregistered vehicle and possession of marijuana.
