Virtu Art Festival returns to Westerly

Westerly — People take advantage of the warm weather Saturday to peruse art, live music and food as part of the 23rd annual Virtu Art Festival at Wilcox Park in Westerly.

The event, which continues Sunday, features art from nearly 200 artists and artisans.
