The New London registrars of voters are hosting a lottery on Tuesday, Sept. 10, to determine the order of candidates on the ballot for the municipal election on Tuesday, Nov. 5.

The lottery will be held at 11 a.m. in the City Council Chambers at City Hall, 181 State St.

The Montville registrars of voters will host their ballot order lottery at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 11, in the Registrar of Voters office at Montville Town Hall, 310 Norwich-New London Turnpike in Uncasville. The Ledyard registrars of voters' lottery also will be held that day at 6 p.m. at their office at Ledyard Town Hall, 741 Colonel Ledyard Highway.
