    Cutter joins older brother at Fort Trumbull

    New London — The U.S. Coast Guard cutter Dependable, home-ported in Virginia Beach, docked near the Coast Guard's barque Eagle at Pier 7 at Fort Trumbull State Park on Tuesday.

    The 210-foot medium endurance Reliance-class cutter was commissioned in 1968. The Thames Towboat Co. tug John P. Wronowski assisted it with the docking.
