The Mohegan District of the Connecticut Rivers Council of Boy Scouts of America recently hosted a banquet recognizing 43 scouts who earned their Eagle Scout awards in 2019. Manny Rodrigues, scout chairman of the Connecticut VFW, served as the guest speaker at the banquet, which was held at the Groton Elks Lodge on Jan. 10.
