VIDEO: What you need to know about filling out your census form

If you haven't already, you should be getting a letter in the mail any day now with instructions on how to fill out the 2020 census.

This is the first year the decennial census can be filled out online, and especially amid the COVID-19 pandemic, the U.S. Census Bureau is encouraging people to submit the census online, over the phone or by mail, so census workers don't need to go to people's homes.
