Mystic Knotwork announces fundraiser for Pawcatuck Neighborhood Center

Stonington -- While it is closed to the public, Mystic Knotwork has ramped up its online operations and is donating 10% of all sales from its website to the Pawcatuck Neighborhood Center.

In doing so, the store is asking people to sharing its coupon: PNC2020 with the rest of the country. It gives customers 5% off purchases but allows the store to give 10% to the neighborhood center, according to Matt Beaudoin.

He said the store is encouraging its customers around the country to make their normal summer bracelet and home decoration purchases early this year. he said the store has a full mail order fulfillment house and plenty of knots ready to ship. In addition, its biggest wholesale event, The New England Made Show, was canceled, so it has all the items it made for that show as well.

“We are struggling to stay afloat, like everyone else in town, but we decided to take this as an opportunity to give what we can rather than expect a handout. This only works if the community reaches out to their friends and family around the U.S. to encourage them to buy what they already enjoy, just a little bit early this year,” he said.

The store can be found at http://www.mysticknotwork.com.
