Douglas Gilliam, 58, of 15 Shaw St., Apt. 1, New London, was charged Tuesday with criminal violation of a protective order.

Becky Lewis, 39, of Elmira, N.Y., was charged Thursday with criminal attempt to commit third-degree larceny, first-degree forgery, interfering with a police officer, possession of narcotics and third-degree identity theft.
