Picnic in the park in New London

New London — Veronika Burlingham brought her daughters Lydia, 5, and Valeria, 3, all of Salem, to the Connecticut College Arboretum on Tuesday for a picnic.

She said she decided to take the girls for lunch and a long walk in the park when they realized how nice the weather was.
