Groton — The Thames Towboat Co. tugs John P. Wronowski and Paul A. Wronowski helped ease the U.S. Navy Los Angeles-class attack submarine USS Toledo (SSN 769) to the pier Thursday following a routine berth shift at the sub base in Groton.
