Griwsold — As it fills orders for one holiday, Jewett City Greenhouses is already preparing for the next.
Lead grower Brent Demicco, a member of the fourth generation working at the family business, was gathering poinsettias Wednesday for Christmas orders.
The wholesale/retail business started growing the poinsettias just after the Fourth of July, and on Monday started planting Easter lily bulbs.
