Rower takes to Stonington cove on a sunny day; more mild weather ahead
Stonington — A rower was out moving a single scull across Quanaduck Cove in Stonington on Wednesday, a warm and sunny day.
More days like it are ahead, according to the Meteorological Studies and Weather Center at Western Connecticut State University. Thursday, Friday and Saturday are expected to be partly sunny, though breezy, with high temperatures in the upper 50s along the shore and mid-60s inland.
However, Sunday and Monday are expected to be mostly cloudy with showers possible.
