    Vietnam veterans honored in Norwich

    Norwich — The annual Vietnam veterans commemoration ceremony was held Saturday at the Chelsea Parade green.

    The ceremony was hosted by the Norwich Area Veterans Council and the Vietnam Veterans of America Chapter No. 270. It included speakers and a moment of silence for those who went missing in action.
