Norwich Free Academy teachers Heather Botelle and Jodi Vara along with their students from the Science & Environmental Club and Project Outreach, are being credited for revitalizing the Otis Library courtyard, which had fallen on hard times.

And now, according to a library release, the courtyard is beautiful once again.

Hart’s Greenhouse & Florist donated all of the plants, soil treatments and mulch, and Norwich Public Works provided all of the tools for the project.

“The courtyard is now the showstopper we all knew it could be,” the release said.
