    Calling all commuters: How would proposed Shore Line East rail service expansion affect you?

    The state Department of Transportation is set to study the possibility of extending Shore Line East rail service to Westerly, of a new rail route from New London to Norwich, and of new passenger stations in Stonington and Groton.
