Moms get together to work out

Local moms spend an hour working out in Fit4Mom Stroller Strides classes, while also entertaining their children with songs and activities, in a supportive and encouraging environment.
Classes are held 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. on Mondays and Fridays at McCook Point Park in East Lyme, Tuesdays and Thursdays at Washington Park in Groton, Wednesdays at Olde Mistick Village and Saturdays at Fort Trumbull.
