New London — Heavy equipment operators with Cherenzia Excavation have been using a Caterpillar D8N bulldozer to build a pile of fill gravel on the construction site along Howard Street.

The 200-unit residential complex being built by RJ Development + Advisors sits on the 5C1 and 5C2 parcels in the Fort Trumbull Municipal Development Area.
