The Day wants to hear from you on COVID-19 vaccinations for kids

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention on Tuesday gave the green light for kids ages 5 to 11 to receive the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine, and children in this age group already have begun to receive the vaccine in Connecticut.

By Thursday evening, Nov. 4, The Day is looking to speak with local parents of kids ages 5 to 11 about their feelings. Whether you just got your kid vaccinated, have an appointment scheduled or will schedule one soon, are holding off for now, or don't plan to get your kid vaccinated, we want to hear about your decision.

If you're interested in talking, you can fill out the form below or email reporter Erica Moser at e.moser@theday.com.

We're also working on an FAQ, so please reach out if you have any questions on COVID-19 vaccines for kids that you'd like us to answer.

Comment threads are monitored for 48 hours after publication and then closed.
