Daughtry's Sunday performance at Mohegan Sun has been postponed.

The show, which was scheduled for 7 p.m. and also was to feature guests Sevendust, Tremonti & Travis Bracht, will be rescheduled. Concertgoers will have their tickets honored on the rescheduled date, which has not yet been set.

The former "American Idol" contestant Chris Daughtry's band announced via social media Saturday that it would have to postpone or cancel tour dates due to the death of Daughtry's daughter Hannah.

"I am still processing the last 24 hours," Daughtry said in a Facebook post. "I am absolutely devastated and heartbroken."

"I just recently in the last week lost my mother to cancer but I was blessed with the chance to say goodbye and I was processing it privately," he said, but "We never got to say goodbye to our precious Hannah and it's another huge hit to our family."

He said he would be taking time to be with his family "as we attempt to heal from this series of devastating losses."
