    Feels more like winter

Allyson Wyman, left, of Branford, turns to hide from the wind as she walks with friend Kristy Smith, of New London, along the boardwalk at Harkness Memorial State Park in Waterford on Monday, March 28, 2022. The friends came to the park for a walk but ended up cutting it short when the wind made it colder than they expected.
