New London Landmarks to hold annual meeting on Tuesday

New London — New London Landmarks will hold its annual meeting from 6 to 7 p.m. on Tuesday in the Council Chambers of City Hall.

This year, New London Landmarks will present a Volunteer of the Year award to Mary Beth Baker for her work researching New London properties and Restoration Awards to Alan Goldfarb for his work on 917 Ocean Ave. and to the City of New London for its work on City Hall.

New London’s Community Development Coordinator Tom Bombria will give a presentation on the nearly complete City Hall renovations.

“This will be our first in-person meeting since the pandemic started,” said executive director Laura Natusch in a written statement. “We’re looking forward to giving our community a chance to catch up on what we’ve been doing and learn about what we have planned for 2022.”

This event is free and open to the general public. Masks will be required.
