    Mystic ― Actor Kelsey Grammer, best known for the role of Frasier Crane on the sitcoms “Cheers” and “Frasier”, filmed scenes for an upcoming Synthetic Cinema International production in Mystic Thursday.

    The film, according to Synthetic Cinema’s Andrew Gernhard, is tentatively titled “12 Days of Christmas Eve”, and involves a Scrooge-like character played by Grammer who is trapped in a Groundhog Day-like time loop on Christmas Eve.

    Thursday was the final day of filming in Mystic.
