Westerly ― Unseasonably warm weather for the beginning of November made for a perfect day to enjoy Westerly’s Wilcox Park Wednesday.

The 14-acre park and arboretum have been on the National Register of Historic Places since 1973 as the Wilcox Park Historic District.
