Stonington ― Dave Menzies of Stonington spent time windsurfing Wednesday after launching from the Barn Island Boat Launch in Stonington as he took advantage of the wind and warm weather.

Windsurfing is new to Menzies. He said he wanted to learn something new and found the equipment at a garage sale.
