Memories: Patrolman directs traffic on Main Street, 1950s

1950s — A Norwich patrolman directs traffic on Main Street. On the left is Chelsea Bank, a barbershop and Main Street ESSO. On the right is the Buckingham Memorial, retail stores and the YMCA.
