WHO: Elizabeth and her 2 children

AGENCY: Catholic Charities, a volunteer organization established in 1921 that helps people in need.

FAMILY SITUATION: Elizabeth is a single mother of two children with medical problems. Her 10-year-old son recently had another heart surgery at Shriners Hospital in Boston. Her 12 year-old-daughter is in nine months of recovery from leg surgeries. Her brother is her primary support, allowing her to work per diem on the weekends so she can attend to her children’s health needs. Elizabeth has enrolled in a nursing degree program.

WHAT TO GIVE: The boy loves Ninja Turtles, the color red, wears size 12-14 tops and pants and size 3 sneakers or boots. The girl loves the color blue, bracelets, makeup, nail polish kits, capri’s size 15, large women’s tops with three-quarter sleeves, and sneakers/boots size 31/2, or 4. Elizabeth would like a sewing machine, large air fryer and a large crock pot.
