    Fair housing presentation to be held Wednesday in Norwich

    Norwich ― Madonna Place will host a fair housing forum at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday at its facility at 240 Main St., Norwich.

    Rashida Rattray, education and outreach coordinator from Connecticut Fair Housing, will give the presentation titled “Know Your Fair Housing Rights.” Rattray will review federal and state fair housing laws, ways to identify housing discrimination and where and how to report instances.
