    Groton City Republican Committee looking for new members

    Groton ―The City of Groton Republican Committee announced that it is looking to add new members to its organization.

    “The primary purpose and function of the Party shall be to nominate and elect responsible members of the Party to any elective office in the City of Groton Government; and to study, investigate and make recommendations upon any major issues, problems and needs affecting the residents of the City of Groton; and to assist in the election of endorsed members of the Party to elective offices,” according to a notice. “If you are a team-oriented individual, live in District two or three of the Town of Groton, and would like to join and assist the City of Groton Republican Committee in these goals, then the COGRC is interested in you.”
