Lebanon — Leah Comeroski drilled a shot from 30 yards out that caromed off the post and into the net with just 1 minute, 15 seconds remaining to give second-seeded Lyman Memorial a dramatic 3-2 victory over No. 3 St. Bernard in an Eastern Connecticut Conference Division II girls' soccer tournament semifinal match on Tuesday night.

The game-winner came just 30 seconds after the Saints tied the game on a penalty kick by Erin Londregan.

Lyman (9-6-1) will play top-seeded Ledyard, a 5-0 winner over No. 4 Montville, in Thursday's championship match at 4:30 p.m. at East Lyme.

All five goals came in the second half. The Bulldogs took a 1-0 lead when Olivia Dunnack set up Kasey Cook, but Londregan, assisted by Emily Hernandez, tied the game four minutes later with the first of her two goals.

Lyman regained the lead in the 59th minute when Magda Carpenter headed in an Allyssa Judd corner kick before Londregan tied the game late with her PK.

Morgan Tartaglia made 11 saves in goal for the Bulldogs while Lindsay Reilly made seven saves for the Saints (12-3-1).

In other matches:

• Top-seeded Ledyard cruised into the ECC Division II championship with a 5-0 victory over No. 4 Montville. Maddie McLeod and Megan Armstrong scored two goals apiece for the Colonels (11-2-4) while Sarah Bailey added a goal, McLeod had an assist and goalie Cassie Rice made two saves. Montville is 8-9.

• Second-seeded Waterford scored three goals in the first half before holding off No. 3 Plainfield 3-2 in the ECC Division I semifinals. Nicole Li had a goal and assist for the Lancers (13-2-2), who play at top-seeded East Lyme in Thursday's 7 p.m. final, while Allison Cioci and Bryn Dickinson added goals and Amarys Jimenez had an assist.

"We played our best half of the season," Waterford coach Chris Ghiglia said. "I am very proud we were able to regroup after conceding."

Eiland Brockett and Karley Belisle scored goals for the Panthers in the first 10 minutes of the second half before Waterford, which held a 12-8 edge in shots, held on. Mckenzie Gregory made fives saves in goal for the Lancers.

• New London ended its season with a 4-2 loss to Griswold in an ECC Division III match on Monday night. Cassandra Roman had a goal and an assist for the Whalers while Emily Fielding added a goal and Olivia Goode had an assist.

Boys' soccer

• Sam Montalto scored three goals during an eight-minute span as top-seeded Stonington wiped out an early 1-0 deficit and rolled to a 5-1 win over No. 4 Fitch in an ECC Division I semifinal match. Dom Morrone and Ryan Turner also scored goals for the Bears (15-1), who have won 15 straight and will play at No. 2 Ledyard in Thursday's final at 7 p.m. Fitch is 10-6.

• Nick Washington scored one goal and assisted on two others as No. 2 Ledyard cruised to a 5-0 victory over No. 3 Bacon Academy in the ECC Division I semifinals. Daimon Pollard added a pair of goals for the Colonels (14-3), who added two late goals on an own goal and one by Tyler Laperle in the 79th minute. Paulo Templeton made eight saves in goal for Ledyard as did Ryan Claffey for the Bobcats (11-6).

• Top-seeded Griswold advanced to the Division II final with a 4-0 win over No. 4 New London. Jacob Blanchard scored twice and added an assist for the Wolverines (14-2-1), who will play No. 3 Montville in Thursday's final at Ledyard (4:30 p.m.), while Evan Merchant and Aiden Christie each added a goal and Christie had two assists. The Whalers are 12-5.

• Lyman Memorial ended its season with a 1-0 loss to Windham. William Gonzalez scored for the Whippets while goalie Josh Person made three saves for the Bulldogs, who finish 3-9-3.

H.S field hockey

• Top-seeded Stonington advanced to the ECC final with a 3-0 semifinal victory over No. 4 Waterford. Sandy McGugan scored the final goal for the Bears (15-2) after assisting on the first two goals by Anne Drago on penalty corners. Stonington, which will host No. 3 Fitch in Thursday's final at 5:30 p.m., held a 15-1 edge in shots against the Lancers (5-10-2). Ilyanna Rivera made 13 saves in goal for Waterford.

College volleyball

• No. 3 Coast Guard advanced to the New England Women's and Men's Athletic Conference tournament semifinals with a 3-0 win over No. 6 Clark. The Bears (17-7) won 25-16, 25-19, 25-19. Coast Guard plays No. 2 MIT on Saturday at Babson at 3 p.m. Noelle Tursky had 36 assists and eight digs, Sophia Galdamez had 15 kills, Amanda Dake had 12 kills and 13 digs and Kaela France had 15 digs for Coast Guard.

Men's soccer

• No. 4 Coast Guard beat No. 5 WPI 2-0 in the first round of the NEWMAC tournament. The Bears (12-4-1) play at No. 1 MIT in the semifinals on Thursday. Noah Engstrom and Mike Daunt scored goals and Josh Hudson made six saves for Coast Guard.

College honors

• Mitchell College's Marc Davis was named New England Collegiate Conference Coach of the Year for women's soccer. Davis, in his third season, led the Mariners to a 5-8-2 record, their most wins since 2011, and their first NECC tournament bid since 2016. Mitchell will play at New England College in Wednesday's semifinals. In addition, freshman Marissa Luna was named to the NECC Sportsmanship team.

• Mitchell also earned a pair of weekly NECC honors in women's soccer. Freshman Gemma Landy was named NECC Player of the Week and sophomore Jessica Krupnikoff was named Rookie of the Week. Landry scored on a penalty kick during a 2-1 win over Eastern Nazarene, then played goalie in the second half and made eight saves. Krupnikoff scored her first career goal just a minute into the second half for the Mariners.

• Mitchell's Mason Rubino, a senior from Griswold, was named NECC Player of the Week in men's soccer. Rubino scored a pair of goals as the Mariners earned a win and a tie in their final two games of the regular season. It was the first weekly NECC honor of his career. Mitchell visits New England College in Wednesday's NECC tournament semifinals.
