Covanta SECONN processes 689 tons of post-recycled municipal solid waste a day into enough renewable energy for 15,000 southeastern Connecticut homes, and the plant recycles 6.454 tons of metal annually.
The event is open to southeastern Connecticut residents. The limit is one 24 inch by 12 inch by 10 inch box.
