WHO: A single mother and her 17-year-old daughter in Norwich.

THEIR SITUATION: The mom is disabled and uses a wheelchair. Her daughter is a high school student. They live in a tiny apartment that is a converted garage, but soon will be moving to a more suitable handicapped-accessible apartment. The family has very little income.
WHAT TO GIVE: Gift cards are best for everything from household items to clothing and food. Cash donations also would be welcome.
