    Kelly McKinnon has been promoted to Chief Financial Officer at Mohegan Sun. She will be rejoining the Mohegan Sun team in an executive capacity after spending the past 15 months at the Corporate division of Mohegan Gaming & Entertainment (MGE), serving as the Director of Analytics. McKinnon joined Mohegan Sun in 2006 as a Budget Analyst and has held multiple positions, including Financial Planning & Analysis Manager and Director of Financial Planning & Analysis.     Bob Leighton of Voluntown has been named to the new position of General Manager of the Connecticut offices of The Randall Family of Companies.     GRAND OPENING

    Dollar General has opened at 144 Boston Post Road in East Lyme. The store is open 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily. The store is expected to employ six to 10 people. Dollar General also continues to hire full- and part-time employees across its store, distribution and private fleet networks.
