    Heath-Colon

    Asucena Sophia Colon and Frederick Calvin Heath Jr. are pleased to announce their marriage, which took place on May 27, 2011, at the Twilight Cottage in Jamestown, R.I.

    Asucena is the daughter of Betty Ann Jaskot of Sprague and the late Carlos Colon of Mayaguez, Puerto Rico. Frederick Heath is the son of Frederick and Betty Heath of Holderness, N.H.

    The bride and groom were supported by close friends and family, especially Renee Belliveau and Julie Handleman, both childhood friends and maids of honor. The late Steven Brewster and James Fitzgerald were the best men.

    Bridesmaids included Vanessa Colon, Heather Ladd, Kristie Spicer, and Amanda Armstrong along with Isabelli Colon and Bella Ladd as the flower girls.

    Groomsmen included Carlos Colon, Steve Ladd, and Joseph Tinnel along with Alejandro Colon and Dillon Ladd as the ring bearers.

    Asucena is a graduate of St. Bernard's High School, the College of St. Joseph and received her master's degree from Southern Connecticut State University. She enjoys teaching and coordinating for LEARN.

    Frederick is a graduate of Montville High School and Eastern Connecticut State University. He is employed with the Department of Labor as an employment advisor.

    The couple happily resides in the good ole town of Westerly, R.I.
