Groton — The Nathan Hale Chapter of the Universal Ship Cancellation Society is having its 43rd annual Naval Ships Postal History Show on Saturday, Nov. 1, from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m. at the Best Western Olympic Inn, 360 Route 12 in Groton.

Envelopes commemorating a ship’s keel laying, launching, commissioning and other important events in the life of a ship will be available.
