Molly’s Game

Maybe you missed “Molly’s Game” when it was released in the midst of the wintertime onslaught of hoping-to-get-Oscar-nominated movies? If you did, you can catch it now at home — and you should. It’s a hugely entertaining and always interesting film based on the real story of Molly Bloom, a former Olympic-level skier who ends up hosting high-stakes Hollywood poker games, facing plenty of drama and eventually being arrested. In any other year, when competition wasn’t quite as tough, Jessica Chastain would have earned an Oscar nom for her turn as Molly.
