TV tip
Odd Mom Out
10 p.m. Wednesdays, Bravo
I want to be friends with Jill Kargman. Kargman, who created and stars in "Odd Mom Out," is hilarious and self-deprecating and observant and entertainingly offbeat. On her Bravo comedy, she plays a wife trying to navigate life — and the other wealthy mothers — in New York's tony Upper East Side. The sitcom is inspired by Kargman's 2007 novel "Momzillas," and it just might be Bravo's best product. (With all due respect to the "Housewives" franchise ...) I'm just catching onto "Odd Mom Out" as it starts its third season, but don't wait as long as I did: Give "Odd Mom Out" a try.
