Encore Opera, in conjunction with Knobs and Knockers Productions, is presenting “Opera Goes to the Movies” Sunday at Hygienic Art Park on Bank Street in New London.

The performance runs from 3 to 5 p.m., and admission is $15.

It features selections from “La Traviata,” “La Boheme,” “Rigoletto,” “Showboat” and “Les Miserables,” among others. Performers include soprano Yohji Cantar Daquio, mezzo-soprano Arielle Rogers, tenor David Rivera Bozon, baritone Rene de la Garza, and pianist Philip Martorella.

This performance is part of a continuing musical series in support of the Infinite Possibilities Public Art Project.
