C&O steam locomotive 1309, one of the country's largest remaining steam locomotives, makes its way to Cumberland, Md., from Baltimore on a flatcar. The B&O Museum of Baltimore and the Western Maryland Scenic Railroad arranged for the transfer of the locomotive from Baltimore to Cumberland, where it will be restored and placed in operation on the Western Maryland Scenic Railroad.
