Alyce Constance "Connie" Cronin Peck, 81, beloved wife of Donald Harding Peck of Branford, died in Branford on Nov. 14.  She was born in New Haven on April 23, 1930, daughter of the late Daniel and Catherine Gilbane Cronin. She had worked as a telephone operator for SNET in the late 1940s. 

Besides her husband, is survived by three sons, Brian M. Peck of Oakland, California, David D. Peck of Branford, and Donald Healy Peck of Abington, Pennsylvania. She is also survived by four grandchildren, Emily, Gilbane, Susannah Kate, and Joaquin Lorenzo Peck.  She was predeceased by three brothers, Daniel, Joseph and Jeremiah Cronin, and four sisters, Katherine Guckin, Nora Cronin, Teresia Pleines and Mary Lindbergh.

Her funeral procession will leave the W.S. Clancy Memorial Funeral Home, 244 North Main St., Branford, on Friday, Nov. 18, at 9:30 a.m., for a mass of Christian burial at St. Mary Church at 10 a.m.  Burial will follow in St. Agnes Cemetery.  Friends may call on Thursday, Nov. 17, from 4 to 8 p.m.  In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Connecticut Hospice, 100 Double Beach Rd., Branford, 06405.  For directions and online memorial see www.wsclancy.com.
