Joseph Masucci, 75, of North Branford, beloved husband of Maria Antonietta Cipullo Masucci, died on May 12 at his home.  Joe was born in Alife, Italy, on Nov. 13, 1937, son of the late John Giuseppe and Elizabeth Bove Masucci.  Prior to his retirement, Joe was a plumbing foreman for Enterprise Plumbing and Heating Local 777.

Besides his wife, Joe is survived by his beloved children, Lisa Buckmiller and her husband Steve of East Haven and Anthony Masucci and his wife Lisa of East Haven, Joseph Masucci and his wife Kristen of North Haven, and Maria Engel and her husband Scott of Ledyard; six grandchildren, Christina Buckmiller, Alicia and Anthony Masucci, Ali and Joseph Masucci, and Alexander Engel; and five siblings, Irma Masucci of Branford, Maria Lisa Cesarini of Florida, Olindo Masucci of North Haven, Genesio Masucci of Litchfield, and Vincent Masucci of Orange. He was predeceased by his son Joseph Masucci and his brother Virgilio Masucci.  

Relatives and friends are invited to go directly to Our Lady of Pompeii Church on Thursday, May 16, at 10 a.m.  Burial will be private.  Friends may call on Wednesday, May 15, from 5 to 8 p.m.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Connecticut Hospice, 100 Double Beach Rd., Branford, CT  06405.
