Patricia D. Muldoon, 79, died July 15 at Middlesex Hospital after a brief illness. Her family was by her side. She was born Jan. 21, 1934 in Greenwich to the late Thomas and Rose Dickson.

Pat resided in Greenwich before settling in Chester, then Killingworth, where she made her home with Robert J. Muldoon. She attended Greenwich Public Schools and was a graduate of St. Joseph College. Pat was employed by the Connecticut State Police until her retirement in 1994.

Pat was a devoted wife and mother who cherished time with her family and will be most remembered for the love she had for them. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her son Michael, her daughter Lizabeth and her husband Chris, all of Clinton, and her grandchildren; Tim and Sean Muldoon, Caitlyn and Ryan Gode, also of Clinton.

A memorial service will be held at St. Lawrence Church, Killingworth on Friday, July 19 at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to The American Cancer Society. Swan Funeral Home, Clinton, is in charge of arrangements.
