Dolores Kearsley, 88, of Killingworth, died Sept. 11 at the Alzhemier’s Resource Center in Plantsville.

She was resilient, determined, and intelligent, and her caring nature and deep commitment to doing things for others guaranteed that a situation was made better with her around. She was grateful to her AA and Alzheimer’s Resource Center community and gave to her family in her own devoted way. 

She is survived by her daughter Fie Budzinsky of Killingworth; her son Harold Kearsley, Jr.; her granddaughters Britten Rolston and Bryce Budzinsky; and her son-in-law Anthony Budzinsky.
